One-Price Shipping — So Cheap, It’s Practically Free

We keep it simple: $5 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the U.S. Spend $65 or more and shipping’s on us.

  • Flat Rate Applies To: Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. (packaging, handling, and delivery included).
  • Oversized Items: Certain heavy or oversized items may require an extra fee, which will show at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Every item is made to order. Production takes about 3–5 business days before shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: You’ll get tracking info the moment your order heads out.
  • Express Shipping: Need it faster? Choose UPS Express at checkout. Heads-up — production time still applies, but transit is quicker.

Important Note: Once we hand packages off to USPS or UPS, Honky Tonk Road isn’t responsible for lost or stolen items. If an issue pops up, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Return Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work:

  • 30-day return window from delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be requested first — items sent without approval won’t be accepted.
  • Contact us at sales@honkytonkroad.com to start a return.

Damaged / Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping or resolve it case by case.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Exchanges: Fastest way is to place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds:

  • We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
