Honky Tonk Road Apparel & Provisions

About Us

We’re a Texas Country lifestyle brand built on the spirit of the music and the culture that surrounds it.

Honky Tonk Road draws inspiration from the Outlaws and Legends who shaped country music, and the independent artists who carried it forward when the industry lost its way. It’s about authenticity, grit, and doing things on your own terms.

Most of our designs come to life while listening to Texas Country, sharing a few drinks with friends, or taking the long way home. The moments in between are just as important as the destination — and that mindset shows up in everything we make.

Honky Tonk Road × HTR Golf Syndicate

Honky Tonk Road has always been about more than music — it’s about the moments that happen around it.
Golf fits that same spirit. Long days, good company, a little competition, and a lot of stories that live well past the scorecard. HTR Golf Syndicate grew naturally out of that mindset — not as a departure, but as another place the culture shows up.
HTR Golf brings the Honky Tonk Road attitude to the course. Gear built for the round and whatever comes after. Less about perfect scores, more about showing up, playing your game, and enjoying who you’re with.
Same road. Different stretch.

Our Mission

Our mission is as simple as two-step’n in a Texas Honky Tonk: have fun, enjoy life, and bring together all you fine folks who live and breathe Texas country music.

So let's kick up some dust, dance like nobody's watching, and put the "country" back in country music, one t-shirt at a time!

The roots of Red Dirt Music can be traced back to the late '70s and the legendary figure known as the "Godfather of Red Dirt Music," Bob Childers (R.I.P.). However, when it comes to the 'Texas' in Texas Red Dirt Music, we believe it finds its beginnings with the Outlaw Country icons like Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings (to name a few among many). These trailblazers fused traditional country tunes with the raw energy of rock and roll, crafting a sound that resonated deeply with the Lone Star State's spirit.

As the 1980s and 1990s unfolded, a fresh wave of Texan musicians, including legends such as King George, Robert Earl Keen, Pat Green, and Cory Morrow, stepped onto the scene. They carried forward the legacy of their predecessors, infusing their music with blues, folk, and Americana influences, thus etching an even more unmistakably Texan sound into the musical landscape.

Today, Texas Country Music thrives vibrantly, with contemporary stars like Cody Johnson, Wade Bowen, Randy Rogers Band, Cody Jinks, and Casey Donahew, just to scratch the surface of a rich roster. The appeal of Texas Country Music has transcended state borders, with Red Dirt festivals and concerts sprouting up across the United States and even stretching internationally.
